This policy explains what data Seller Command Center collects, how we use it, where it is stored, who we share it with, and how you can remove it. Seller Command Center is operated by Rutledge Trading Inc., also trading as Rutledge Brands, of 7 Ellish Parkway, Spring Valley, NY 10977, United States ("we", "us"). If anything here is unclear, write to info@sellercommandcenter.com and we will explain it.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers people and businesses who create an account with Seller Command Center and connect their advertising accounts to it, people who submit our early-access request form, and visitors to this website.

We do not collect data about your customers, and we do not receive the names, addresses, email addresses or payment details of anyone who buys your products on Amazon.

2. Google user data

When you connect a Google Ads account, you authorise us through Google's own sign-in and consent screen. We never see or store your Google password.

2.1 What we access

We request a single Google OAuth scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, and use it to access only the following from the Google Ads accounts you explicitly connect:

• Account structure — campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads and their settings
• Performance metrics — impressions, clicks, cost, conversions and related statistics
• Bid, budget and status settings, so that changes you request in our interface can be applied

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Analytics, your Google Account profile beyond basic identification, or any other Google service.

2.2 How we use it

• To display your advertising performance inside the product
• To match Google Ads spend against Amazon Attribution conversion data, which is the core function of the service
• To apply changes to bids, budgets, keywords, campaigns and ads that you initiate or approve
• To generate recommendations that you may review, accept or dismiss

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalised machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models.

2.3 Limited use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

2.4 Revoking access

You can disconnect a Google Ads account at any time inside Seller Command Center, or revoke our access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access stops all future data collection immediately. To have data we already hold deleted, see section 8.

3. Amazon Advertising data

When you connect an Amazon Advertising account, you authorise us through Amazon's own sign-in. We never see or store your Amazon password.

We access:

• Amazon Advertising profile and advertiser details for the accounts you connect
• Amazon Attribution tags, reports and conversion data
• Campaign, ad group, targeting and performance data for advertising you ask us to manage
• Product identifiers such as ASINs, and product cost and fee figures associated with them

We handle Amazon data in accordance with the Amazon Ads API Data Protection Policy and the Amazon Ads Partner Network policies. We use it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it, share it beyond the subprocessors listed in section 7, or use it for any purpose you have not authorised. We delete Amazon data when your account is closed, or when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for.

4. Data you give us directly

• Account details — name, business name, work email address
• Early-access requests — the name, work email, brand, marketplace, advertising spend range and any notes you submit through the request form on this site
• Product economics — costs, fees and other figures used to calculate profit
• Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers
• Support correspondence — anything you send us when you ask for help

Information submitted through the early-access form is used only to assess and respond to your request. It is not added to a marketing list and it is not shared with anyone outside Rutledge Trading Inc.

5. How we store and protect data

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and encrypted at rest.
• Access tokens for Google and Amazon are encrypted using envelope encryption with separately managed keys, and are never written to logs.
• Customer data is isolated per account at the database level, not only in application code.
• Staff access is granted on a need-to-know basis, is individually attributed, and is logged.
• Actions that change your advertising accounts are recorded in an audit log showing who made the change, when, and what the previous value was.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay and, where required, the relevant supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and this website

This marketing website uses no advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not run advertising pixels on it. The application uses only cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or any third party for their own purposes. We use the following subprocessors to operate the service:

We may also disclose data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If we are ever acquired, data may transfer as part of that transaction, and this policy would continue to apply until you were notified otherwise.

8. Retention and deletion

• We keep your data for as long as your account is active.
• When you close your account, we delete your advertising data, connected-account credentials and product data within 30 days.
• Early-access requests that do not lead to an account are deleted within 12 months.
• You may request deletion at any time by writing to info@sellercommandcenter.com. We will confirm once it is done.
• We retain billing and transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically seven years. These records do not contain your advertising data.
• Backups are retained for up to 35 days and are then overwritten.

9. Your rights under UK and EU data protection law

Amazon Attribution operates in the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy and Spain, so some of our customers are covered by the UK GDPR or the EU GDPR.

9.1 Our role

We are a controller for the personal data of the individuals who hold accounts with us, and of people who contact us or submit the early-access form — your name, work email, billing details and correspondence. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service and in responding to enquiries.

We are a processor for the advertising data we access from your Google and Amazon accounts on your instruction. You are the controller of that data, and we act only on your documented instructions. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request from info@sellercommandcenter.com.

9.2 Your rights

Where the GDPR applies you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Exercise any of these by writing to info@sellercommandcenter.com. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

9.3 International transfers

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, together with appropriate technical safeguards.

10. Children

Seller Command Center is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
